At Haro Bikes, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack your items in their original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
