How do I determine the right bike size for me?
We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on each product page. You should measure your height and inseam to match against our geometry specifications. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.
Do Haro bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat post. We recommend having a professional bicycle mechanic perform the final safety check and tuning.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return window for bikes in new, unridden condition. All original packaging must be intact. Please note that return shipping costs for large items like bicycles are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.
Does my Haro bike come with a warranty?
Yes, all Haro frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. Components such as forks, wheels, and drivetrains are typically covered for one year from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Due to the size of bicycle cartons, we use ground freight which generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your proximity to our California distribution center.
Can I finance my purchase?
Yes, we partner with Affirm and Klarna to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select your preferred financing option at checkout to spread the cost of your new bike over 3, 6, or 12 months.
